- Your user name: If you are a Waitrose HEAD OFFICE employee, this is your JLPNet id and password. If you enter the same username more than three times with an incorrect password then you may have to enter additional security information. If you cannot read the additional security question then wait at least 15 minutes for the lock to be reset.
- Your password: Passwords are case-sensitive. That means 'password' is not the same as 'PASSWORD'.
- Technical issues: If you have access to more than one PC, try another machine or you may refer to your technical support desk. Head Office users please email Waitrose Network Services and Branch users please contact the OSD.
- Still can't log in? If you still can't log in or are experiencing other problems using the content of this website, please wait for any active logons to expire. If you still can't login, please contact your technical support team (see contact information above). When contacting the support team, please make sure you provide as much information about your problem as you can, including your user name, password and any error message that you see on the screen.
